Reality TV Rant

There's a big trend in new television series now and that is for them to be reality shows. At first I thought the concept was overrated. Sure I watched the new ones that came out and I would at least give them each a chance but it seemed to be over the top. Then something happened to me that happens to soooo many of us everyday, I got hooked. I can not stay away from reality tv. I see a new preview for one and automatically I'm either putting a reminder in my phone or if it is coming up soon enough I am setting a reminder timer on my DVR. I can't help myself anymore. I have even gotten my husband to watch them with me, although he won't watch all of them he will sit through some of the more amusing ones like Flavor of Love season one and two and I Love New York. Also there is a new one out called Charm School that is based on helping these girls become more classy. I find these shows addicting and hilarious. My husband thinks I'm nuts for continually watching such shows but thats just part of my life now. I personally watch reality tv every single day. I'm not kidding I watch A Baby Story on TLC and Bringing Home Baby as well. Occasionally I watch the Surviving Motherhood one as well. I am hooked on it what can I say. Me personally I would not have wanted cameramen in my labor room when I have my first daughter and I certainly will not be having any with this delivery either. However, I love watching these women go through the whole process and have those little tiny babies to take care of. It's a truly amazing show. At any rate the reality television shows out there are bringing in huge bucks I'm sure. I don't know how they can hook you so good into these shows but you literally will be anticipating the next episode and when it comes it goes by two fast and you wait some more. That's probably how you got to the point of reading these blogs...you are waiting for some reality shows new episode and happened to do a search and voila you got blogs. I love watching them and I will continue to love them although it may seem nuts.
